The book office team completed 150+ return, most be before May. This allowed us to cut our 1040 extensions by 20%

The team was very fast on starting returns, getting us questions for the clients, and then wrap up the returns once we got them their answers. Usually we would send them info during the day and it would be back to us to reviewed the next morning.

The Book Office's speed, consistency, and ability to handle heavy loads during March/April stood out.
