We start with your role spec and review it the same day. If anything needs clarifying, we arrange a quick call to align on the stack, seniority, time zone, budget, and must-haves. No lengthy discovery process or presentation deck — once the brief is clear, we begin sourcing. After you select an engineer, Bonapolia handles contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and ongoing administration.

We are interested in long-term staff augmentation and dedicated team engagements with product companies and IT consultancies. The best fit is one or more senior engineers, or a small cross-functional squad, joining for six months or longer. We do not offer permanent placement, executive search, or short-term project outsourcing.

We offer two models: individual senior engineers embedded into an existing client team through Staff Augmentation, and small cross-functional squads assembled around a product or delivery scope through Dedicated Teams. Both are designed for long-term engagements.
