We also wanted integrated Staff login in our website where our employees can get a proper CRM. Our major goal was to have a website with all the essential details, and boosted traffic along with regular maintenance.

The developers are very experienced and professional as they came out of multiple challenges very quickly and easily. The dev team stepped up as we encountered a fresh issue and came up with solutions that worked for everyone. They went above and beyond to uncover a data source which was considerably less expensive than what I had discovered.

Jira was used to help us plan the sprints, while Google Calendar and Google Meet were used to schedule online sessions. Each meeting started on schedule, was brief, and to the point.

We communicate and manage projects using Slack, Jira, and Github. In the sense that I don't have to badger them about it, the team is really devoted to good project management hygiene. They're heavily involved in the sprint planning process. Their record-keeping has been excellent. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

The process began with a discovery meeting that included a design vision and even a layout of our target market. This definition with design aided in making the construction process more understandable and straightforward. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it helped me recognize how much work went on behind the scenes. 

During the build phase, we have bi-weekly meetings with sprint objectives specified and documented and status updates and completion reports. Every week, there was a review of the app's updated development and the added or upgraded features.

Multiple challenges were required to be overcome throughout the buildout. The dev team stepped up as we encountered a fresh issue and came up with solutions that worked for everyone. They went above and beyond to uncover a data source that suited our end objectives and was considerably less expensive than what I had discovered. 

It has been really helpful for me in circumstances like these and many more to avoid traps caused by bad vendor selection. This has improved the project's flow and kept me appreciative of working with such a competent team.

Identify potential risks early in the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. This can prevent unexpected issues from derailing the project.
