What challenge were you trying to address with Blusteak Media?

We wanted someone to take care of our social media marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blusteak Media came up with the creative assets for social media and did the copywriting. They set up entire ad campaigns, did the analytics, and optimized them for better lead generation. They managed Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Initially, we provided the design language, but they helped with keyword research and content writing.

We worked with two people: a project manager and a digital marketing expert.

We spent between $15,000–$18,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement ended in March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Initially, we had a hard time finding leads, but we got almost 2,200 leads a month when we engaged them. Also, our cost came down from roughly $3 per lead to close to $2.

How did Blusteak Media perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management was good. They met the deadlines most of the time and were responsive. We communicated through a Google chat and a WhatsApp group.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they did analytics was outstanding. They deliver what they promised.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should improve on their creative side.

Any advice for potential customers?

Keep the creative side in-house. Don't outsource it.
