Blusource began in 2008, the business created by Andrew Springhall, a successful businessman who had experienced recruitment from the perspective as both a client and a candidate in his earlier years as a Qualified Accountant. Andrew’s experiences led him to believe that there was a gap in the market for a recruitment business which had a different ethos to customer service than the industry provided. The basis of the business then and it still is today, is our fresh approach to people.
