• The goal has been to create a great, engaging app to help dog owners live healthy, happy lives with their pets. BluShift has developed and maintained the app from its origin to it's current stage.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

BluShift has been with Patter from it's origin.  They have developed the app, continue to work on adding new features, and provide ongoing maintanence and technical support.  

There are too many deliverables to list here, but a few key ones are:

• Creating and walking through early stage mock ups and details of suggested UI/UX within app
• Launching Go Patter Website ahead of schedule
• Launching our app on Google Play and Apple app stores. 
• Creating a secondary detailed website in under two weeks with very short notice 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is ongoing.  Current metrics we look at are app usage, user engagement, certain in-app activity #'s, and tech error rates (very low!)

BluShift delivers items on time and often ahead of schedule.  The team is proactive, and does not need to be reminded of tasks they have to get done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility and willingness to adapt based on situations. 

Also their responsiveness to small requests.  With past developers, if we had a small request for a change or update, the task would be put into a queau and would need to be mapped out and other tasks reorganized based on hours.  With BluShift, if we request a simple change they just go in, do it immediately and let us know when it is done!  Very helpful for a new business that's still tinkering with what works best. 

Another thing I appreciate about BluShift is their people. They are kind and sociable people that put pride into their work!

Are there any areas for improvement or something BluShift Consulting could have done differently?

As of now we have not run into any issues with BluShift.  They have been great to work with.

The goal of this project is to leverage the existing Zama Health app to produce the “Zama Health Integration App” (ZHIA). ZHIA should be provided as an embeddable mobile web application with a single sign on experience for users. Additionally the project aims to ensure data synchronicity between 3rd parties and the Zama Health platform with regards to membership statuses, as well as providing usage reporting on 3rd party members.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was a zero to one project.  We measured success by launching our first partner with the embedded Zama app in their mobile app and seeing their users onboard and use Zama successfully.

The team at BluShift is well organized, communicative, and responsive.  From our initial meeting, they put together a solution design doc and met with us regularly to confirm understanding, adjust to newly discovered challenges and requirements, and provide updates. They meet or beat all our customer driven deadlines as well as their own self-imposed deadlines to keep larger efforts moving forward. 

They've put together a great blend of structured project management and humanness in how they interact and execute their work.

They have a high level of engineering competency mixed with a high level of what I'll label as 'emotional intelligence' that makes them not only highly capable of delivering on their work but also a pleasure to work with, even in the face of changing requirements.

Product a product that enables hotel guests to communicate digitally to hotel management. Futhermore the product should have a request mangement system that allows hotel management to systematically manage guest requests.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project achieved its intended purpose of making the day to day operations of hotel management much easier as well as elevate guest satisfaction.

The team were transparent in thier communication throughout the project and delivered each stage of the project well on time and even earlier than expected. Their project management was brilliant and very professional.
