I’m a shareholder of a hotel in Ukraine that has approximately 30 houses near the Dnieper River.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blush `N Grow?

When we kicked off our business, we only relied on word of mouth. We hired Blush `N Grow to help us with social media marketing (SMM).

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blush `N Grow handles our SMM efforts on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. They visit the establishment to generate photos and videos, which they then edit and post. The team handles the management of our social media accounts.

What is the team composition?

I work with an account manager from Blush `N Grow. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $100,000–$200,000 with Blush `N Grow.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around August 2019, and the engagement is ongoing. I’m also using them for another project. Our collaboration with Blush `N Grow has slowed down due to the Russian Invasion of Ukraine.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Social media is our primary sales channel, and thanks to Blush `N Grow’s work, we’ve reached 100,000 followers on Facebook and TikTok and gotten a lot of likes and engagement. Our social media profiles generate enough revenue for us, and we fill rooms during the summer, early autumn, and late spring — we’re fully booked.

How did Blush `N Grow perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. We primarily communicate through phone calls, and they’re pretty responsive. I’m using Blush `N Grow on another project, and they’ve been able to pay enough attention to both of my accounts. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Blush `N Grow’s commitment and ability to visit us on-site. Even though we’re far from the capital, the team visits us every 2–3 weeks to create content.

There’s nothing they need to improve.
