The project was meant to monitor the 365 tenants of clients and alert when there was an incident, unusual login etc. It was also meant to monitor the MS secure score. The solution was pitched on having a SOC to back up any issues identified out of our normal hours

• Emails when we added any new Azure apps as admins

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

It was delivered on time, however it was not 100% functional. They kept insisting it was a Microsoft issue, yet other platforms we tested worked absolutely flawlessly. In the end they have completely stopped responding.

At the time it seemed like a good operation with a decent UI on the product

Their customer service has really let us down. They were unable to get core features working for us and will not answer our calls for a contract cancellation based on the product not being as promised.
