Though the work was clearly outlined and discussed prior, it appeared as though Gavin, behind the dusty curtain of his business, was in far over his head and unable to provide either the services he was hired to do.

Visually appeasing footage organized in bins until all footage had been accounted for.

No. They regrettably provided the wrong information regarding the work they had submitted. The project cost me hundreds of dollars in lost wages from other missed opportunities, When grievances were brought to Gavin's attention about his underwhelming performance, he grew hostile and defensive of the justified criticism.
