Blue Dot Advocates, PBC (a public benefit cooperative) is a law firm that for almost a decade has focused on impact investing, social enterprise, and building the new business economy. Our lawyers have worked with clients on every one of the seven continents, and have assisted with impact capital transactions averaging $8-79 million year to year.  Our social enterprise practice includes assisting clients with structuring and operating both for-profit and non-profit companies, and advising family offices, foundations, institutions, and other investors committed to investing in such entities.  

Our goal is to exclusively support ventures that are targeting issues related to income inequality, extreme poverty, renewable energy, and sustainable development. We are actively recruiting now, with an eye towards continuously developing a network of lawyers and specialists to provide the highest quality legal services to international social enterprises and impact investors.  Our primary goal is to facilitate the flow of investment capital to financially scale-able social enterprises.
