Reach Real Estate is a forward-thinking development company, and we are excited to share details about our inaugural project, Pyla Pearl, located in Larnaca, Cyprus. Recognizing the importance of standing out in the competitive real estate market, we aimed to elevate our project by incorporating cutting-edge technology. 

To achieve this, we decided to integrate creative Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) features into Pyla Pearl. This not only enhances the user experience but also provides an innovative way for potential buyers to explore the project virtually. Understanding the need for a comprehensive visualization tool, we sought out the expertise of Blue Design. 

Blue Design delivered a state-of-the-art, customized 3D simulation system for Pyla Pearl. This system allows investors to immerse themselves in a realistic depiction of the project, providing a clear and compelling vision of its potential. The simulation includes several advanced features, such as:

Pyla Pearl is a large compound consisting of 119 apartments, offering a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, along with various amenities. Even with the complexities and the sheer size of the project, Blue Design ensured that every aspect was aligned with our requirements.

Their dedication to meeting deadlines without compromising on quality truly set them apart. They handled every request with precision, ensuring that all elements of the project were in sync with our needs and expectations.

Blue Design received the internal spacing that needed the work. The office was shell and core only, and we asked for a full vision of how it would look. Blue Design helped us draft all the needed sketches, interior design, VR experience, etc.
