For what projects/services did your company hire bloxbytes, and what were your goals?

We hired them to launch our first NFT. Goal was to develop smart contract and build a mint page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I interviewed a bunch of people. I connected a lot of reference and got positive feedback from a previous client.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

NFTs and meta data needed to be uploaded to IPFS. They needed to code a smart contract to host the 1000 NFT on the blockchain. They tied a mint feature to our wix website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I connected with 3 people. Shaheryar was the director. Usama was a point person and scheduled calls and meetings. ranabilalzafar was a dev.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The only deliverables needed were a mint button to purchase our NFT and the adding the ability to connect a metamask wallet to website. They met the deadline and overcame obstacles. But our website was accessible via desktop and the mobile version did not work.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Time zone made this an issue at times, but they were very responsive to questions, and we met several times during our last hectic week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They created a custom discord to improve communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think a meeting after the contract was drafted would help both parties get on the same page. This was my first time launching an NFT project and there were some minor misses on expectations from the contract I was provided.
