BlockCrunch was contracted to refresh and update our existing HER app. The scope of work was comprehensive, including a user-friendly design overhaul and the integration of new features to enhance user experience. They improved some exisitings features, like enhancing the profile matching algorithm and making it easier for users to connect. 

They also added new features like a real-time interaction among users and added more detailed filtering options in our premium subscription to allow users to search by sexuality. They extended our platform by developing an iPad version of the app to reach a broader audience. Key deliverables included the redesigned app, improved and new features, and the iPad version.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app attracted over one million users globally after the update. Additionally, we saw a marked increase in user engagement across all our new features. Most importantly, the app received the Editor's Choice award on the Apple App Store, which is a strong endorsement of its quality and usability.

As a result, we have an enriched app with an accessible database and heightened user efficiency on both iOS and Android platforms.
