We mainly needed PR and is the reason we contacted them, but they insisted on adding Demand Gen.

We thought they understood the nuances of our business and our audience, but they did not. They presented great discovery data.

They generated some PR buzz for us, but most of the work they did was connecting us to B2B influencers.

Not very effective. We met frequently, but it always felt like they were looking to get me in trouble.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That their office is in midtown Manhattan.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to stop trying to initiate gossip, and they need to stop getting employees in trouble so they can get the salary of the person they got fired.
