Pineland Farms Natural Meats is a natural beef producer and processor located in New Gloucester, ME. I am the VP of Sales/Marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Blaze Partners, and what were your goals?

Pineland Farms Natural Meats is looking to build overall brand awareness and specifically, create interest and awareness of our pre-cut/pre-packaged products for foodservice and retail customers which are all produced at our processing facility located in New Gloucester, ME.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Blaze team has taken the time to truly understand our brand -- combining their strengths in brand-building and digital marketing provided us with an ability to offer customers/prospects different ways to engage with our brand and target specific audiences with powerful, credible and creative messages.

Our 2021 Digital Marketing Program began with awareness/promotion flights -- e.g., Mother's Day (digital coupon offer on Tenderloins), Summer BBQ Giveaway (enter to win a Traeger Grill, Yeti Cooler) and created the opportunity to introduce the Chef Series which features video and static content of notable chefs who use our products.

We are very pleased with the results based on impressions and levels of engagement (likes, shares, comments, website visits, promotion entries, coupon redemption and QR Code scans)

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Creative, Strategy, Digital Marketing/Media and Project Management were all involved.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The 2021 Digital Marketing Program was very successful -- launching the Chef's Series has provided us with an ideal platform to expand in 2022.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent! The Blaze team communicates exceptionally well, pro-actively, responsively and professionally. They build-in time to properly ensure the project direction and parameters are clear, deadlines are met. Each flight's results are summarized and discussed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Blaze excels as a marketing partner for a few reasons -- the team is highly focused on understanding the company, the brand and the customer and listen well to our direction/comments; they are well-versed on a variety of marketing diciplines and bring insights, creativity and energy to our program. The team was constantly thinking solutions and managed our programs with leadership, commitment, and solid thinking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't think of any at the moment!
