Project Kickoff Meeting Upon approval of the proposal, we hold a formal kickoff meeting. Here, you will be introduced to your dedicated project manager and the core creative team. We establish clear communication channels, finalize the production schedule, and align on feedback loops. Pre-Production & Asset Gathering Before any shooting, 3D modeling, or coding begins, we move into pre-production.
