Blackshears II Aluminum is a family owned and operated aluminum services company in Citrus County, Florida. A business formed in 1977 by father and son, Jim and Dave Blackshear, after they had established careers in sales and installations. The company was formed with a strong foundation in family and a mission to provide quality products, fair prices and superior craftsmanship.
Three generations of Blackshears have operated the business, and the continued dedication to family values, integrity and quality service has carried on as more of the family has joined the business. Son-in-law Robert Davis took over the business operations January 1, 2004 as Dave Blackshear retired. Co-founder Jim Blackshear passed away in September 2004, and is greatly missed, but his legacy lives on.
