We are Blackbird Talent Solutions, a Zurich-based, SECO‑licensed boutique focused on Finance and Corporate Functions recruitment across Switzerland and Europe. Co‑founded by finance experts Evelyn Palma and Peter Sand with outplacement partner Celine Hendrick, our team combines in‑function experience, coaching credentials and sector expertise. We place senior finance, HR, supply‑chain and commercial leaders, achieve over 90% one‑year retention rate, and partner long‑term with clients.
