SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We turned to Black Unicorn to design for us the initial product we set out with which is basically a white label app for the fast food industry, they created for us the whole platform, user experience, graphics and customer journey so that the platform will suit a wide range of businesses in the food industry.

We then continued to use their services and they also created for us an ordering interface designed for self-ordering kiosks and an interface for orders from mobile and computer, also they created the user’s back system so that it would be very user friendly and allow them to use all system functions easily. In addition, they built our website - bite.co.il

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In general we and our customers are very satisfied with the interface, I personally very much like to work with them and together they have a particularly kind and very high level product.

I personally worked with their project manager, she updated me on any questions / misunderstandings and acted vigorously to pass on to the relevant authorities, the product was delivered even a little before the estimated time and we managed to make corrections that we saw needed along the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their customer service alongside their professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Basically it's two things at the same time, one their work is very professional and quality, the prices are quite reasonable, and their attitude is the most important thing, they are very attentive to customer requests
