I am a communications specialist for a communications and public relations agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire BLACK TAP MEDIA PRODUCTIONS , and what were your goals?

We launched a new product at the annual NBWA conference and hired Black Tap Media Productions to record footage of the conference, our product and our founder. The goal was to create a video that captured the excitement of our new product at the conference.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were connected to Black Tap Media Productions through a trusted referral.

We met with KD and his assistant the morning of the conference and described our vision for the video. KD and his assistant immediately got to work filming our product, the conference and our team. They needed minimal guidance and produced a great final product. They were able to transfer all of the files we needed in a timely manner and even completed a new edit for one of the videos in a very short timeframe.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked mainly with KD, the owner, who was professional and friendly. KD's assistant was also very professional. KD is very communicative via email and is easy to get a hold of.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed the highlight reel video to our staff after returning from the NBWA conference and everyone loved it.

KD is very communicative and timely. We did not have to send any follow-up questions or reminders throughout the entire process.

We appreciated Black Tap Media Production's friendliness, creativity, and timeliness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I can think of is to give a heads up to when the download links will expire on WeSendIt (unless that's already on the site and we missed it).
