Black Line Agency is a founder-led web design and AI automation agency based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. It was founded in 2026 by Bradley Hoxha and Shaun Padley, and every client deals directly with the two of us, from the first call to launch and beyond.
We build premium, custom websites in Next.js and custom Shopify stores for independent shops, service businesses and brands. Every site is designed from scratch rather than adapted from a template, and built to load fast, work on every phone and turn visitors into enquiries.
Around the website, we help businesses win and keep customers: SEO and AI search optimisation; AI automation, including AI receptionists and chat that reply 24/7, CRMs, instant follow-ups, reminders and review requests; email and SMS marketing, lead generation and paid ads; and branding, copywriting and ad creative, all made in-house.
Every project starts with scoping. We look for where a business is leaking leads (enquiries left unanswered, leads that never get a follow-up, hours lost to admin, a website that blends in) and fix the biggest leaks first. Prices are fixed for defined services and agreed in writing before work starts, with monthly care plans after launch.
Recent work includes B Boutique, an independent womenswear boutique in Cleethorpes, now selling online from a site we designed and built.
