Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of TT Nails located in Palm Springs, Florida. We have a great client base but until recently no company website. Biz360 is the company we chose to do our website.

How did you select Biz360 and what were the deciding factors?

1st I did some Google research, but their was so much information that I did not understand so I started to ask friends if they knew anyone who could help me and that is how I found Biz360

Our company has been without a website for years but people would ask me how to contact us and I would have to give them my personal cell phone number which I did not like. Biz360 create a beautiful website that come with a phone call system.

I worked directly with the owner which was fantastic. He called me immediately and was very honest, and straightforward. I plan to hire them again to help us with social media.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes - Right away I noticed more clients calling our new phone line, and I received compliments on our website. Very happy so far.

It was super easy. Anytime I had a question, I was able to call the owner directly and he always picked up my phone calls. Right away I could tell that he knew what he was doing, so it was very simple and affordable.
