At a Zoom meeting to share the questions, concerns, and timeline of a website I was working on, Lisa of Bitterroot Valley Marketing presented herself as a confident professional and assured me that she would easily resolve the layout programming concerns shared. The specific issues were related to consistent presentation of text, images and detailed info for various highlighted projects within WIX's new EditorX platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were none. Lisa claimed she had a migraine on the first day of a 3-day timeline. She then put me in touch with "her developer," who had no knowledge of the project or it's needs, and sent samples that clearly showed he did not have close to the skills required for the task - in fact, it seemed that the developer had very weak development skills. Lisa did not ever attempt the fix herself. It was my understanding through our initial conversation that she would be doing the work herself.

Because of the quick turnaround, Lisa required payment in full at the onset to "take her team" off their current projects. I wrongly acquiesced. After claiming an incapacitating migraine on the first day of the promised 3-day project, she put me in touch with her "developer" who had not been briefed on the project and obviously did not possess the skill set required to achieve the agreed-upon deliverables. Days two and three were an exercise in excuses, wasted time, and ineptitude both on the developers and Lisa's part.

Nothing. She took my money, did not deliver, and did not refund my money after several requests.

Basic stuff.: Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. Do not steal from people. Don't take work you are incapable of producing.

We hired BVM to help us gain an online presence so people could contact us easily and get other essential things to help our business grow from the ground up. BVM delivered on that and was on time for our opening date.

Because of her efforts and experience we have gained customers consistently 20-30% each month. We have gained elite customers due to the Yellowstone production, that consistently use our service. We gained business through their help and hard work. Thanks Lisa!

I was looking for advertising solutions via the internet and they were fair and reasonable with their pricing.

They got us online presence via Google and Microsoft. They made sure we show up first in the search results. She monitored it for a period of time to ensure we stayed up there. She provided us Business logo's Strategies and business cards for a low affordable price.

I worked extensively with the owner Lisa and she teamed with my account manager and spouse to finalize everything.

As i stated we have gone from an income of 0 to nearly 40k+ year career and have a 20-30% growth rate month over month.

Was seamless we maintained constant communication through email and phone contact.

Very simple but effective.

I don't really think there could have been anything done differently to do what has already been done that has already worked.

Family practice healthcare clinic. I am a board certified family nurse practitioner and owner.

I had a Terrible experience with Lisa Clifford of Bitterroot Valley Marketing aka Mission Impossible Marketing aka the Excellent Businesswoman. My father died and I wanted to open a clinic in his honor using his inheritance. Lisa, developed a marketing strategy that was all talk and no deliverable.

She posted a business card sample without my knowledge or consent (using the logo we decided didn’t match my business identity) exposing my business contact information and included the very personal tribute to my father, on her website as demonstration of her work. Showing the tribute in such a callous way was not only dishonorable but immoral. She spelled my name wrong and falsely represented me and my clinic. Her practices are highly unethical as well as emotionally and financially damaging. I wish I had done a little reading on her before making my financial mistake of hiring her services.

Google search and initial positive reviews. She was initially very pleasant, professional, and engaged

Lisa and an initial employee named Helen Rose. However, I later found that I couldn’t even locate a Helen Rose.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

She no-showed the actual proposed grand opening date that she was contracted to coordinate with media and advertising and did not provide the automated website, branding redevelopment (using the initial logo we agreed was not inline with my business image), social media development with 3 months of management, business stationary etc for a total of $12,400.

I requested a refund which she didn’t respond to the communication for weeks. Then when she did respond, stated I had to abide by her 30 day refund policy. At the 30 day mark, she reported she can’t give me a refund yet due to having no funds as a “direct cause from my negative reviews” and she further told me “ if you don't take your posts down on social media, you will bring me onto the social media, internet, and press circuit realm and you know that is where my skills are.” They posted a false testimonial from me and my business on several of her websites. I never gave a testimonial and certainly not a positive one.

Lisa scammed us with promises and that she usually does websites for $5,000 and that if we paid her $500 upfront she would complete ours in a couple of weeks. She dropped the ball and kept our money.
