Our team builds Revit models and coordinates them for architects, MEP engineers, general contractors and trade contractors in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
We turn 2D drawings, sketches and laser scans into coordinated BIM models, then use those models to find clashes, produce drawings and plan the build. Our main services are MEP BIM modeling (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection), architectural and structural Revit modeling, CAD to BIM conversion, Scan to BIM, fire sprinkler modeling, clash detection in Navisworks, LOD 400 shop drawings and 4D construction simulation.
Every model is built to your BIM Execution Plan, LOD and naming standards, in line with ISO 19650, and checked by a senior MEP BIM coordinator before it reaches you. Our team brings 8+ years of MEP BIM experience on commercial, residential, healthcare and industrial projects.
You can work with us in two ways: a fixed-price project quoted after we see your drawings, or a dedicated BIM modeler on a monthly rate who works as part of your team.
We sign an NDA before any files move.
New clients can start with a free model review or a small paid pilot.
