I hired BigWorkAI to help me surface to the top of local LLM search queries.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BigWorkAI has fixed the technical side of my website so AI tools can read it, including removing a hidden setting that was blocking AI from seeing my site. They’ve also updated my schema and FAQ page with relevant questions to make my site more readable and searchable by AI. BigWorkAI writes two blog posts a month based on a recorded monthly call with me, so everything is in my voice and based on my real experience. The team also sets up and produces videos for my YouTube channel, optimizes my Google Business Profile, and is now building a custom AI assistant for my daily work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we started, my AI readiness score was 2.2 out of 10, essentially invisible. Now, I’m showing up first or second on ChatGPT for the Malibu fire rebuild searches we targeted. When you ask the AI tools about the Malibu Association of Realtors president or the David Torrence Legacy Foundation, I’m named in almost every answer. My website’s health score has gone from 85% to 94%, and its AI readability has gone from 78% to 89%.

We’re not everywhere yet, but the progress is real and measurable, and it’s on the searches that matter most for my business.BigWorkAI tracks my overall AI readiness score, my Google online search visibility, and how I show up in LLMs to my top 10 relevant queries. I’ve also noticed that I’ve started to surface on Google Maps at the top of the map pack.

How did BigWorkAI perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a monthly call that always happens on schedule, and the work shows up between calls without me having to chase anyone. Dave is responsive by email and explains everything in plain English, which I appreciate because I’m not a tech person. We also communicate in person and virtually, and via email and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything they publish sounds like me. It’s built from recorded conversations about what I’ve actually learned in 26 years of real estate, not generic AI content. My clients read the blogs and hear my voice.

I’m a broker and partner at 4 Malibu Real Estate, a luxury real estate brokerage in Malibu, California. We specialize in residential sales, leasing, property management, and development, offering personalized, high-touch service and expert guidance in the local coastal market.

What challenge were you trying to address with BigWorkAI?

We needed help with our AI search visibility to get seen more in some of the top LLMs, with ChatGPT being one of our primary targets. We also needed help developing AI workflows and operating systems for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BigWorkAI reformatted the schema on our website to be AI-readable. They also developed a blog campaign designed for AI readability. The team helped us generate YouTube videos and update our Google business profile, all with the goals of AI visibility.

In addition to that, BigWorkAI helped build a “second brain” for our company that kept our key information in one place and was easily referenceable whether we were on desktop or on the go mobile. This was a central database with all of our company knowledge about deals, clients, processes, and best practices.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We went from not surfacing in any of the LLMs to surfacing in the top five for some of our best queries that had to do with Malibu properties and management in and around our area, and agents in and around our area. We were on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and some of our top ones. We actually landed a $30 million listing from ChatGPT months after the work started.

Moreover, we surfaced to the top of seven queries related to our business and property management. We saw website traffic double, and we saw calls increase, as well as the generations of the calls coming from one of those LLM sources. We noticed an increase of about 5–7 new quality leads and calls per month.

Additionally, the second brain has saved my partner and me 10 hours a week on repetitive tasks.

How did BigWorkAI perform from a project management standpoint?

BigWorkAI delivered on time and was good at communicating throughout the process. We had virtual meetings and communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BigWorkAI’s knowledge of AI, AI search, and visibility was impressive. They knew how to use and leverage these new tools in a way that got quality output, not just the same AI junk we had received in the past.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They did a great job; I had no big qualms.
