I’m a broker and partner at 4 Malibu Real Estate, a luxury real estate brokerage in Malibu, California. We specialize in residential sales, leasing, property management, and development, offering personalized, high-touch service and expert guidance in the local coastal market.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BigWorkAI?

We needed help with our AI search visibility to get seen more in some of the top LLMs, with ChatGPT being one of our primary targets. We also needed help developing AI workflows and operating systems for our company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BigWorkAI reformatted the schema on our website to be AI-readable. They also developed a blog campaign designed for AI readability. The team helped us generate YouTube videos and update our Google business profile, all with the goals of AI visibility.

In addition to that, BigWorkAI helped build a “second brain” for our company that kept our key information in one place and was easily referenceable whether we were on desktop or on the go mobile. This was a central database with all of our company knowledge about deals, clients, processes, and best practices.

We started working with BigWorkAI in October 2025, and our engagement ended in June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We went from not surfacing in any of the LLMs to surfacing in the top five for some of our best queries that had to do with Malibu properties and management in and around our area, and agents in and around our area. We were on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and some of our top ones. We actually landed a $30 million listing from ChatGPT months after the work started.

Moreover, we surfaced to the top of seven queries related to our business and property management. We saw website traffic double, and we saw calls increase, as well as the generations of the calls coming from one of those LLM sources. We noticed an increase of about 5–7 new quality leads and calls per month.

Additionally, the second brain has saved my partner and me 10 hours a week on repetitive tasks.

How did BigWorkAI perform from a project management standpoint?

BigWorkAI delivered on time and was good at communicating throughout the process. We had virtual meetings and communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BigWorkAI’s knowledge of AI, AI search, and visibility was impressive. They knew how to use and leverage these new tools in a way that got quality output, not just the same AI junk we had received in the past.

They did a great job; I had no big qualms.
