    Jonathan Chapuis is a Swiss-Kenyan brand strategist and the founder of Bidii Creatives. With a background in financial services and over four years building premium content for Kenya's top brands, he leads strategy and creative direction.

Every project includes a clear brief, defined deliverables, and a review stage to ensure the final output meets the standard agreed upfront.

    We work with a maximum of 4 active clients at any one time. This is a deliberate choice, it ensures every client receives focused attention, consistent communication, and content that is genuinely strategic rather than rushed. If we are at capacity, we will let you know upfront and discuss a start date that works.

    We are actively looking for video production campaigns, brand photography projects, content strategy retainers, and executive personal branding mandates. Ideal clients are established businesses in hospitality, NGOs, or corporate sectors with a serious content budget and a long-term mindset. We are not the right fit for one-off social media posts or very small one-day shoots, we work best when there is a real brief, a real objective, and a client who wants a strategic partner, not just a vendor.

    Every client has a dedicated WhatsApp channel and a shared content calendar from day one. We hold a brief call at the start of each production cycle and send a delivery summary with every asset handover. For retainer clients, we provide a monthly performance review covering content output, engagement metrics, and recommendations for the following month. We believe communication should be proactive, not reactive.

    Turnaround depends on the scope. For a standard video production project, we deliver a first edit within 7 to 10 business days of the shoot date. Photography galleries are delivered within 5 business days. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee. All timelines are confirmed in writing before the project begins so there are no surprises on either side.
