BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Felm is a faith based organisation doing development work in developing countries. As Finance Manager I’m also responsible for our Salesforce organisation.

For what projects/services did your company hire BFlow?

BFlow acts as our backup admin as well as our developer of our custom solutions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The attitude and entusiasm showed by Boris is the main reason for ongoing cooperstion with BFlow. There hasn’t been a task for wich Boris hasn’t found a working solution.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

We have many different custom solutions. Some are smaller and not so complex, while others are more complex and built from scratch. For example, we have a ”payment linkin tool” used to link all donations automaticly or semi-automaticly to a donor, campaign/agreement and project. This systeem is then integrated with our accounting system. BFlow has improved this tool and added amany automations.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two. One admin/developer and one developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Having a backup admin from BFlow means that our main admin can have some time off without having to worry about the system or tasks piling up while on vacstion. The development tasks (automations) has released other resourses to be used in a more productive way.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication has been excellent and there has not been any problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The understanding of our business and commitment to our core misdion while working with us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. We have improved our work together over time.
