Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of key IT infrastructure on multiple systems and multiple environments. Mainly, Active directory, Citrix and Cisco UCS systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prior to collaborating with Beyond IT, our group experienced a series of unsuccessful reviews from our compliance department, resulting in low customer satisfaction metrics. The team was overwhelmed, struggling to prioritize support tickets. However, after engaging with Beyond IT, we were able to implement regular maintenance cycles on all aspects of our infrastructure. Over time, we successfully addressed the multiple compliance issues and were able to address the backlog of support requests.

After training the team on our various systems, we implemented a regular maintenance schedule. After a 90 daying "break in" period, we had weekly meetings to discuss the work performed and the upcomming tasks.

Sai and his team were able to augment our team. Their knowledge of Citrix, scripting, and Windows systems was key in our team’s ability to gain control of our technical debt and start delivering satisfaction to our customers.
