Beyond Hub builds nearshore teams in El Salvador for companies in the United States and Canada, and stays involved after the hire. We source and vet bilingual professionals who work US business hours and are paid in US dollars.
The roles we place most: executive and virtual assistants, bookkeepers and accounting assistants, bilingual customer support, leasing and transaction coordinators for property management and real estate, and dispatch and scheduling coordinators.
Two published models. Contractor: we source, contract and handle compliant invoicing for 25% of the contractor rate. It starts with a 3-month pilot at the same fee, then runs month to month with 30 days' notice, and suits flexible, project-based or part-time work. Fully Managed: Beyond Hub is the employer of record and runs payroll, taxes, benefits and compliance for a flat +$449 a month on the fully-loaded salary, on renewable 3-month terms.
Why El Salvador: it's on UTC−6 year-round with no daylight saving, so it's never more than two hours from Texas, Florida or California, and it has used the US dollar since 2001.
Most roles are placed in 1–3 weeks, and companies typically save 50–70% versus a comparable fully-loaded US hire. Our founder runs every discovery call, and we check in weekly with each team member and with you at the pace you prefer.

Our Story
Beyond Hub opened in July 2024 in El Salvador, where our founder, Jaime Bolaños, is from. Companies hiring abroad kept juggling a recruiter, a payroll vendor and an HR provider, so we built one partner that does all of it and stays involved after the hire. Our longest client is a Miami company: our team has worked with them since 2023, before Beyond Hub had its name, with the same people since day one. Our rule: “Take care of my client so I can take care of my people.

Jaime Bolaños is the founder of Beyond Hub. Over more than ten years he has moved from training and development into HR and operations, leading SDR and BDR teams and running nearshore operations from El Salvador for US companies.
