I’m the head of operations for an energy company. We sell and install residential solar systems across the US.

We needed help with our onboarding and offboarding process creation and automation, audit compliance, and manager enablement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bevel HR created our onboarding and offboarding processes and automated them. They set up full workflows for both, including integration from ATS to HRIS, automated emails, scheduling, and notifications for managers. The team also trained our managers on how to work compliantly with their direct reports and helped us maintain audit-compliant records.
