While it was a very ambitious goal, founder Bob Hittenberger felt it was indeed possible by following some basic principles. He believed that if he surrounded himself with experienced capable people committed to providing quality and service to his customers, the company would succeed. That's exactly what he did and Best Glass has enjoyed an excellent reputation for caring for their customers ever since.
