The main deliverables include custom box designs (retail packaging, mailer boxes, inserts, etc.), print-ready artwork files, physical prototypes, final printed and assembled packaging, and packaging specifications and dielines for reorders.

I worked with them to develop an advent calendar, I produced the artwork so all they had to do was print the box for me

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was promised delivery before or at worst case scenario the first week of November. As it is an advent calendar they are kind of time sensitive in order to sell them. I am now halfway through November with no product and they wont give me an ETA and communication and customer service is very poor. I will never deal with this company again

I am still waiting for my products and they have not responded to my questions asking for an ETA or a solution to fix why they are so delayed.

So many area's could improve. They could start with communication and certainly follow us with customer service.
