We are a growing Engineering Firm that is a FDOT-Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE). We have three Florida offices in Tampa, Winter Haven, Tallahassee, and our newest location in Hartford, CT. Our staff has extensive experience in satisfying both state and local government needs. Much of this experience comes from our employees past service with state and local governments doing design and construction oversight.
