In 1982 Don and Kathy Bergeron started a part-time business offering Globe Firefighter Suits out of the trunk of their car. Don and Kathy Bergeron’s vision of offering quick delivery of bunker coats and pants purchased from Globe’s overstock became a popular choice to local fire departments. From there they began offering turnout gear alterations and repair and became frequent evening visitors at volunteer Fire Departments throughout the State of New Hampshire.
