Their communication and process management were excellent. They responded quickly to questions, maintained a dedicated Telegram chat for real-time updates, and held weekly status calls to ensure alignment.

Their prices are on the higher side. However, considering the quality of the candidates and the overall experience, we are fully satisfied with the partnership.

I'm the principal engineer of Artkive, an e-commerce company. We help parents preserve their children's artwork by turning it into professionally made keepsake books. We offer a DIY app and a full-service option where the art is digitized and printed.

We needed help finding candidates for our open software engineer position.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Benefit has been helping us find candidates for our open software engineer position. Their work includes finding possible candidates, making initial screening calls, keeping track of the interview progress and feedback, and communicating with the candidates.

How did you come to work with Benefit?

We found Benefit through a LinkedIn search. We chose them over other options because they provided good terms and created an impression of being very client-oriented and eager to address our needs.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Benefit in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've successfully hired one engineer through Benefit, and we're cooperating with them to close one more position. The most measurable outcome of our project is the number of candidates who have passed our technical interview. So far, 28% of those candidates have been ultimately hired.

How did Benefit perform from a project management standpoint?

Benefit has been very proactive in their communication and has been able to provide a decent amount of candidates within the specified amount of time. Our primary form of communication with them is through emails and a live chat in Telegram.
