When we founded Belike in 2013 we were not very clear about what we wanted to be. We only had two things clear, we didn't want to work as we had done for others until that moment and we wanted to keep having fun programming.

Now we are clear:
   - We are truly agile. We don't understand rigidity, closed scopes, constant negotiation, or bureaucracy in projects.
   - We are effective. The most important thing is to make the software that brings the most value to the customer in the shortest time possible, we avoid artifices.
   - We are close. Our structure is flat, we practice exhaustive communication and we get involved to the maximum in our projects.
