Believe Creatives is a commercial and ad production studio founded by Devesh Kamra and based in Bhiwani, Haryana, India. We work remotely with D2C and e-commerce brands, mainly in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
We make three things: product commercials (hero films for launches, sites and paid media), UGC-style ads (creator-style cuts made for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts), and brand characters and mascots that can carry a campaign across formats.
We publish our pricing: commercials start at about $30 per finished second and UGC-style ads at about $15 per second. A package typically takes about one week from approved brief to delivery. We take a 50% advance and the balance on delivery, and the client owns full rights to everything delivered.
We're a young studio. Our portfolio is five spec commercials, directed samples made to show our craft, and every one is labelled as spec. Brief us at believecreatives.com.

Our Story
Devesh Kamra founded Believe Creatives in Bhiwani, Haryana, India, to give product brands commercial-grade ads with clear prices and a quick turnaround. He leads creative direction on every project, across product commercials, UGC-style ads and brand characters. Before the studio, he grew his own content pages to about 100k Instagram followers and 50k+ YouTube subscribers in roughly three months (@deveshacts).
