We hired BeAWhale to bring our unique idea to life by developing an initial MVP and then evolving it into a scalable, global product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BeAWhale has developed a fully functional MVP of our communication app, supporting multiple languages. Users can now communicate with each other in real-time, both via text and voice, without a language barrier.The team has also assisted with publishing the product on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store. In addition, they’ve demonstrated strong expertise in integrating advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, ensuring our marketing campaigns can be launched effectively.Beyond development, BeAWhale has also handled design work. Together with their team’s recommendations and my vision as a founder, we’ve created the full app and landing page design.

The product is already functioning well. Since its initial launch in December 2025, we’ve made continuous improvements and successfully resolved bugs. With a small initial advertising budget, we’ve reached around 670 app downloads so far. In the next stages, we’ll continue testing the market and closely monitoring performance and user engagement.

BeAWhale’s project management has been flexible and adaptive. During development, we mutually agreed not to strictly follow initial timelines due to unforeseen technical tasks. However, the team has consistently worked efficiently and made strong efforts to deliver progress as quickly as possible.

What’s impressed me most is the team’s creativity and their ability to find solutions in any situation. They’re not only strong in development but also highly capable of delivering quality design solutions.

I’m an executive at Litas, a bank. Our company lets people invest their digital assets into real-economy SME loans. In return, companies get funds in euros. As these loans get repaid over time, investors can earn regular monthly returns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BeAWhale has been developing our exchange platform, which is a multi-chain DEX with hybrid order-book and AMM trading, on-chain swaps, and real-time price feeds. The team has also been developing our non-custodial wallet, which is a web and mobile wallet featuring multisig support, hardware wallet integration, and seamless cross-chain bridges. BeAWhale has also been working on our product and branding design, which includes a complete brand identity, design system, and responsive UI for every Litas application. Additionally, the team has been working on our Tokenomics Suite, which includes supply-curve modeling, vesting and staking contracts, and analytics dashboards for emission tracking. Finally, BeAWhale has been designing and developing our website.

Our wallet has handled thousands of daily transactions and has hit 500,000 users. We’ve had around 200,000 daily transactions and around 1,000,000 total registered users. As a result, we’ve had rapid growth in users, and the good and positive engagement has helped us grow the business exponentially.

BeAWhale has delivered everything on time, and their response has been very fast. The team has worked overtime to ensure they fit the schedule. We communicate via Telegram, online meetings, and in-person meetings.

Key APIs, refund logic, and a basic airdrop feature were implemented and successfully tested. A simple dashboard now allows presale setup and monitoring, showing clear progress toward the full system.
