Choose bookkeeping and reconciliations, monthly close and financial reporting, or accounting advisory. Keep your existing bookkeeper involved or hand over the agreed accounting work.
For construction businesses, the scope can include job cost reports, project cash forecasts, monthly work-in-progress (WIP) schedules and reconciliation of over- and under-billings. For consumer products and eCommerce, connect Shopify, Amazon and wholesale activity with payouts, inventory costs and product margins. For manufacturers, review production costs and the cash needed for the next order.
Advisory can include budgets, cash forecasts, and cost and margin analysis. Business valuation is offered under Advisory when requested. Business and individual tax return preparation is available under a separate tax engagement.
Clients work directly with Sema Koch, CPA. Fees are determined case by case, based on the agreed scope. Responsibilities, deliverables, timing and fees are agreed in writing.
Before recurring monthly work, a separately quoted paid records diagnostic identifies gaps and any cleanup needed. You receive written findings; cleanup is agreed separately.
