Our partnership was originally formed in 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio and was known as Stromberg & Associates. In 1952, after reorganization, the firm was renamed Baumgarten, Carpenter, Craig & Ziska. Our current Managing Partner, Allen Wapnick, entered the firm in 1968 and was joined by other current partners, Brian Fialko and Lawrence Yunaska in 1983. David K. Lerner became our firm's newest partner in January 2005. In 1998, the firm name was shortened to Baumgarten & Company LLP.
