I’m a product manager at Nexora Digital Solutions, an IT company. We’re a creative technology studio that delivers immersive digital experiences, 3D visualization, and interactive design solutions for brands, healthcare organizations, and enterprises to engage and inspire their audiences.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Barquecon Technologies to accomplish for Nexora Digital Solutions?

We hired Barquecon Technologies to design and develop a scalable custom web application that would streamline our internal operations, improve UX, and support future business growth. Our goals included building a modern, responsive platform, integrating third-party APIs, ensuring strong security, and delivering the project on time within budget.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Barquecon Technologies handled the complete design and development lifecycle, delivering a responsive web application, admin dashboard, API integrations, secure user management, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The final solution met our functional and performance requirements.

Regarding third-party APIs, the project included integration with Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email notifications, Google Maps API for location services, and Firebase for authentication and push notifications. The admin dashboard included user management, role-based permissions, analytics, reporting, content management, and system monitoring features.

The project streamlined our operations, reduced manual work by around 40%, improved system performance and reliability, and provided a scalable platform that increased team productivity while delivering a better UX. The new platform reduced manual effort by 40%, improved page load times to under two seconds, reduced data entry errors by 30%, and maintained 99.9% uptime, leading to faster workflows and higher overall productivity.

Moreover, the project helped improve operational efficiency by 20–25%, reduced support requests, increased customer satisfaction through a better UX, and enabled us to scale our operations more effectively.
