Tyrone (Ty) Barnes, founder and CEO of Barnes Sports and Entertainment. Founded in 2006 we are a  National Football League, National Basketball Association and Canadian Football League sports agency located in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Barnes is a former collegiate football player for both West Texas A&M and Angelo State University with a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Before starting his own sports agency he worked as the Vice President of Client Relations for Gameday Sports Management in Hollywood, CA. With his years of experience and creativity at Gameday Sports he has developed positive relationships with key player personnel throughout the National Football League and National Basketball Association.

Mr. Barnes is a NFLPA / NBAPA / CFL certified contract advisor, member of the Chamber Of Commerce Newport Beach, CA. District, Chamber of Commerce, Riverside, CA. District, Screen Actors Guild (SAG), California Real Estate Agent, National Notary Association, Southern California Minority Business Development, Council and the Minority Business Enterprise.

In 2006, he was awarded with the “Martin Luther King Jr. Day Award” for his valuable contributions to his community. The award was presented to him by the City Mayor, County’s Police Chief, City Council Members and Local Ministers.  Mr. Barnes is from Santa Ana, CA.  He currently lives in Orange County with his wife and three children.
