Barnes Merritt and Barnes LLC was founded in 2013 upon the dissolution of Barnes Broyles & Associates, LLP. Barnes Broyles & Associates LLP was founded in 1981 by H. Carey Barnes, CPA, and J. David Broyles, CPA. After 40 years of quality service, Mr. Broyles has retired and thus our new firm was formed. Barron Barnes, CPA will be the newest partner in our new firm along with H. Carey Barnes, CPA and Scott Merritt, CPA.
