For what projects/services did your company hire Barevalue?

A new podcast called 'Mariette's On The Move, The Podcast'- I hired them for editing my episodes.

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

I did consults with about 5 editors, then I had a consult with Ross and he literally solved a challenge I was facing in the first 10 minutes of our 30 minute session. And then continued to answer my questions before I ever spent a penny with them. That was the deciding factor- I knew if I needed them, they'd be there for me.

I am a one-woman show with a new podcast working full-time during the day, running my business at night. I had no idea how to use Garage Band much less figure out how to edit a full episode removing background noise and anything else I didn't want in there.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

I was brand new, had several questions and they were answered out the gates. Their follow up was impeccable and once I started uploading my sound bites, it was a very easy process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was seamless. I used their asset library, uploaded my individual tracks from zoom and then put my notes for the flow of the episode. It was done in record time and it was perfect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I mostly worked with Ross and his patience with my questions and timeline made me feel supported out the gates. His follow up was fantastic and everything that he said would happen, did- there were no surprises. The team was very thorough and followed my directions. It's been a fantastic experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing so far and I'm not an easy client!
