I’m the VP and head of revenue operations at Rystad Energy, a data, analytics, and advisory services company for the energy industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bareless Design?

We needed a creative, unique, refreshed, elegant, and timeless design that aligned with and strengthened our brand awareness and brand equity.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bareless Design has provided end-to-end design services, including need identification, scoping, design, delivery, review, and improvement. The team has created a new logo and brand identity, brand guide, brand handbook, marketing campaign materials, templates, and collateral, marketing videos and templates, corporate templates including PowerPoint templates, business cards, letters, reports, and signatures, webpage design, social media post templates, and internal and external event assets.

How did you come to work with Bareless Design?

A previous colleague referred Bareless Design to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Bareless Design from January 2023 to June 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bareless Design’s design assets are well preserved, and we’ve seen a 130% increase in engagement from our audience on email open rates, social media interaction, and web traffic. The refreshed brand identity has certainly increased the brand value and the impression of our brand. We’ve measured these results through qualitative and quantitative metrics, including email opens and clicks, web traffic, impressions, event registration rates, and internal and client feedback. We’ve compared these results to previous periods.

How did Bareless Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Bareless Design’s project management is very efficient and organized. The team delivers on time and always goes beyond our expectations. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bareless Design provides excellent design work from talented designers. The team is organized, efficient, and has an exceptional ability to interpret and understand user needs. Even when I doubt whether I’ve explained my requests clearly, Bareless Design consistently delivers work that goes far beyond my expectations. Their creativity feels boundless, and their designs are timeless, elegant, and innovative, always bringing fresh perspectives. Beyond their professional talent, Bareless Design is a truly wonderful partner to work with — they’re friendly, caring, and warm, with a natural ability to bring joy and positive energy into the workplace.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Bareless Design to improve — they’re a 10/10.
