After that, we define the scope of work, production stages, review process and communication structure. Yes. For EU clients, we work through our Estonian company and follow standard B2B contracting, invoicing and GDPR-aware communication practices. Project-specific rights, usage terms, confidentiality, deliverables and approval stages can be clearly defined in the agreement before production starts. For projects involving personal data, client materials, brand assets or unpublished content, we can work under NDA and follow the client’s internal requirements.
