I am the chief information officer of a subprime auto leasing and financing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Banker & Brisebois Marketing?

We needed a firm to help us differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Banker & Brisebois Marketing led a foundation of brand strategy, which is essentially branding research and discovery. They ran a digital ethnography and conducted market research to inform our branding and messaging content changes. They worked hand-in-hand with our design company to develop our new content and branding materials. 

Banker & Brisebois Marketing utilized the information they compiled to assist with the UX/UI design and show us how to engage with our users. They’ve also provided some design work for the physical assets we use at the dealership, including a paper car application and referral card designs. 

What is the team composition?

We work with five Banker & Brisebois Marketing teammates, including Marianne (President and CEO). 

How did you come to work with Banker & Brisebois Marketing?

A former C-level executive at our firm was referred to Marianne. So, when we hired a VP of marketing, we put them in touch, and Banker & Brisebois Marketing engaged in consulting work for a few months before we signed a contract with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $33,000 with Banker & Brisebois Marketing. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Banker & Brisebois Marketing began in August 2021, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Banker & Brisebois Marketing has completed the initial brand proposal. However, the final pieces of Banker & Brisebois Marketing’s work are being reviewed by our legal and compliance team, but I think the design materials they’ve developed are 100% better than our previous ones. Once we launch the new site and implement our new marketing strategy, we hope to see an increase in engagement and sales. 

How did Banker & Brisebois Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Banker & Brisebois Marketing’s project management burden was very light, but they did stick to our budget and deadlines. Typically, we communicated via phone calls, emails, or video meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Banker & Brisebois Marketing’s experience in the industry is their strong point. Their team has been working in the auto industry for over 20 years and has launched massive marketing measures for automotive manufacturers. Additionally, we are incredibly pleased with the digital ethnography that Banker & Brisebois Marketing has provided. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any improvements for Banker & Brisebois Marketing to make.

I’d advise customers to ensure Banker & Brisebois Marketing’s industry experience and overall expertise aligns with their company and overall goals.
