Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an Executive for an an online platform. In this platform online courses will be available for learning and making local handicrafts. Besides craftsmen are getting an E-commerce platform to sell their own handicrafts. This is intended for craftsmen of our country. Also, on the other hand giving training to the students on their own country’s handicrafts will give rise to creativity. New craftsmen will rise in our country. This will give rise to self-reliance and rate of the country’s economic monopoly will be lessened.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After a complete review of this Bangla Puzzle Limited we came to approach them to develop our website .

After several meetings to discuss our goals, we received few designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a design, they finalized the theme and provided feedback . This approach helps us to select and develop our ideas and after that Bangla Puzzle Limited came up with other design of our websites.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One project manager , one UI/UX designer , 2 developer and one QA Tested . In total 5 members worked for our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were too professional, once we confirmed the design they came up with SRS, User Interface so that we can understand the flow of our project. Their approaches were very acceptable and very professional . They finish this project before the dead line.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Bangla Puzzle Limited is very co-operative, though we changed the design 2-3 times after the approval but still their responses were very much professional. I thought due to this design changes we may have to increase the deadline but they managed to finish this project one month early.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Impressive!! Bangla Puzzle Limited showed us how to be friendly and professional at the same time. They develop our project with the help of their senior developers and mostly they are kinda cheaper than other software companies in Bangladesh.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no comment regarding this.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished the game and handed over the game so that we can spend more time testing the game, now we have a huge response and the game is still running well

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The management system is smooth, we liked the environment, we used to have meetings in google meet, and they use Hubspot and Gitlab.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bangla Puzzle Limited offer reasonable price but their support is world class.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their CEO is smart enough, but one thing I might suggest to them is to invest in branding their company, their support is good and everybody should know about them.
