Ballbe & Associates, Inc (B&A) is a consulting civil engineering, surveying and construction management firm with over 30 years of experience serving South Florida. B&A provides services for residential, commercial and industrial developments.

-Feasibility and due diligence studies. -Site planning, rezoning, and land use amendments for commercial, residential and industrial properties -Design and permitting for: water distribution system, sewage collection/transmission systems, sewage and drainage pump stations, drainage systems, paving and related work, roadways and storm water management systems. -Preparation of construction specifications, cost estimates, assistance with bidding, inspections, review of payment requisitions and construction certifications. -Surveying and Mapping services, including boundary, platting, construction layout, topography, design and R/W surveys.
