I am the founder of Max Readly Crow project, a storyteller writer. My books writing genres: science fiction, fantasy, steampunk, adventure, detective.

Also, I have studied the company's website, and have had an offline meeting with representatives of the agency, after which my opinion about Buro MT was formed in a positive way.

In the framework of the current project Buro MT's scope of work was quite extensive. The agency conducted a qualitative analysis of the Ukrainian publishing market. During the strategy session Buro.MT team together with me for 9 hours formed the strategy of brand creation. After that, the managers of Buro.MT prepared a presentation-report on the results of the strategy session.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After applying the strategy developed by Buro.MT, the brand awareness of the writer has increased significantly. This led to an increase in sales of Max Readly Crow 's books.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was well organized. I was provided with continuous communication with the client manager. Based on the results of the strategic session, Buro.MT managers promptly generated a report with a clearly stated strategy in the presentation.

What did you find most impressive about this company?weHigh level of professionalism of the company's employees. Customer focus, a fundamental approach to the tasks of the client. Expertise and experience of the agency, Buro.MT has been successfully operating in the Ukrainian marketing market since 1999.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Personally I haven`t found areas in Buro MT`s work for improvement. All services were provided at the highest level for an adequate cost.

We hired the Marketing Technologies Bureau to create a new brand of cookies on the Ukrainian market. To do this, the Marketing Technologies Bureau conducted a marketing research of the market, developed branding, design, and the concept of a communication strategy. They hold an advertising campaign for which they shot videos.

How did you select this vendor?

We studied many advertising agencies in Ukraine. But the Marketing Technologies Bureau distinguished itself by a deep approach to its business, which we noticed already at the first meeting. Before the first meeting, the company's managers studied the biscuit market in Ukraine . In the commercial proposal, the Marketing Technologies Bureau provided us with a superficial analysis of the market, which attracted our attention.

The Marketing Technologies Bureau provided us with a comprehensive package of marketing services. These were studies that included analysis of locations (points of sale), analysis of competitors, analysis of advertising space and conducting focus groups among potential buyers. Further expanded insights from research in communication strategy, branding and design. The final stage of our work was the shooting of 3 commercials. They were implemented in a digital advertising campaign.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A complete hit on the needs and values of the target audience. This resulted in significant quantitative indicators in the advertising campaign. The videos have collected 369 thousand views on YouTube, 500 thousand impressions on Instagram/Facebook, 6.7 million impressions on Google Ads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The most valuable thing for me is the willingness of agency managers to always be in touch. Every step is coordinated with me. If necessary, I can always make changes that were quickly implemented. Due to the fact that you control the work of the agency on a daily basis, the risk of getting a poor-quality result is reduced to zero.

Deep immersion in client projects, high-quality feedback and high KPIs based on work results.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

There are no areas for improvement for me. I am 100% satisfied with the work of the Marketing Technologies Bureau.

I am a media strategist at Refarma company. I create strategies for effective promotion of products on TV, radio and digital.

Marketing Technologies Bureau acted as an ordering agent and our partner for 15 projects. The work involved 5 types of research tools and techniques: focus groups, express polls, mass polls, "mystery shoppers" and content researches.

Marketing Technologies Bureaus` managers are always in touch, they daily update the project status, they didn`t make our managers worry that something might go not according to plan. We have always been aware of all matters.

The success of the work demonstrates in progress reports at the end of the project. The collection and analysis of data by analysts of the Marketing Technologies Bureau is the strong point of the company. The MT Bureau doesn`t miss a single nuance, the reports are complete, accurate, and well-reasoned strategic conclusions.

The number of slides in one report starts from 200 pieces. The presentation of the report could take half a day, but it was worth it. Research results have always opened our eyes to the insight on which the entire further product promotion strategy was based.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project managers are available 24/7, all work is done on time and without errors. Even if there are any, the Marketing Technologies Bureaus` analysts promptly solve the difficulties in such a way that the quality and timing of projects doesn`t suffer.

The organization of the workflow, experience, and expertise of the company are impressive. In the market of advertising services in Ukraine, the Bureau of Marketing Technologies is practically unmatched.
